[OSM-talk-be] Unmapped Place For Belgium in Septembre

Can you manually edit that list?

I ask it because Lo-Reninge is marked as unmapped, but this is just a node
in the middle of Lo and Reninge which are both mapped. Lo-Reninge doesn't
have a real center.

If there is a better way of placing that node, please do so.
