isn't there an official answer available somewhere or shouldn't we
contact ING/NGI for example to know how they decide ?
I suppose they have had to build a standard answer. This could also be
a way to get in touch smoothly with such a Belgian national
institution that could be interested in working with us / sharing data
(at least I hope so)
