I have transfered the POIs to OSM locally and
* it's easy to update the real OSM with it
* but 1000 points take a long time manually
* we could share the job
But the real problem is that OSM needs the start and end coordinates of
the speed limit
and that the POIs contain only one coordinate.
I am sending an e-mail to Tagging to ask their advice.
