You're path is tagged with highway=path (thin black dashed line), while the 
existing one is tagged with highway=track (slightly thicker and brown dashed 
line) + access=no (thick red/pink dashed line on top).

The existing one should probably be changed into a more appropriate tag. 
highway=track + access=no + foot=yes + bicycle=yes + surface=asphalt is a 
quite bad combination for several reasons... You can change it yourself if you 
want.
