[OSM-talk-be] Meeting at ESI : the slides / de presentaties

Much thanks to Marc for a great presentation and to everyone who showed up.
It was very nice indeed.

I think we all must now help Ben to finish the setup of a basic
osm.bewebsite, adequate for news, info about the different projects in
Belgium,
supportive for both beginners first and the other more advanced people.
With such a site ready, we'll have news article in Le Soir and something to
show and have when meeting officials and new people.
