If I understand well (I'm a bit far from those problems), OSM wants you
to use different accounts for those tasks, right?
And the reason is tracing the updates, right?
So, why do they not alias UrbiS_Jo, De_Lijn_Jo etc to your single uid?
Both the name and uid are in nodes, ways, relations and changesets.
It's recommended to use the uid for personal statistics.
And indeed when I changed my name my previous personal data and
statistics remained.
But that doesn't prevent OSM or anyone to make data trace/statistics on
Urbis_Jo or even Urbis*.
At first sight, the only difference between my name change and this is
that the "old" name Jo isn't removed.
Of course, I don't claim to know every implication, but it seems to only
affect the uid->name function.
And whoever will use it will find Jo as he does now.  Any problem?

Isn't it something to suggest to please everybody?
