[OSM-talk-be] TEC & Open Data: let's start !

Hi André,

I'm trying to download the .OSM file you created. Why don't you put it on
dropbox if you don't want to host it on your own server?

It is normal that the positions TEC has for their stops will need to be
adapted to become suitable for OSM. The problem is then, how do we now
which one serves for which direction? With the data of De Lijn we were
lucky that they are positioned relatively well on each side of the road.

Anyway, I'd like to have a look at the data and start adding stops for line
20 Wavre-LLN, 1 Express LLN-Jodoigne and 18 Jodoigne-Leuven. For 18 I had
already added 1 variation of the route, but yesterday the bus I took went
on another roundabout.
