[OSM-talk-be] Name of : Node OR Way

My preferred way of working: on the way when the amenity occupies the
complete building, or the majority of it. So for churches, hospitals,
supermarkets that's the way I do it.
For small shops, which typically occupy only 1 floor I use a node. Only
drawback is that nominatim does not recognise the address of the
surrounding area/building, so I duplicate the address. Not too bad, as the
address is sometimes slightly different.
Other people may map in another way. I've seen both methods described on
the help web site and on different fora.
You can do whatever you like, but please do not tag the building with e.g.
amenity=place_of_worship and place a node inside it with the same tags,
just because your editor shows a nice icon on the node.
