[OSM-talk-be] Destination tagging on motorways

[Marc Gemis]

So it's just a good editor that prevents you from using the
destination:lanes tagging schema :-)
One that allows you to set the values in an easy way and compose the
complex syntax itself. Just like the Opening Hours editor in JOSM does
