[OSM-talk-be] highway=path versus highway=footway

I use http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Eimai/Belgian_Roads#Paths.
BTW, we the latest changes in CartoCSS, it is no longer possible to see the
difference between path and footway on osm.org. This is still heavily
discussed and I expect that more changes will roll out in the coming
weeks/months.
