[OSM-talk-be] wegenregister, analysed

Hi,

I made a little analysis of the geometry of Wegenregister versus OSM. I did
NOT try to make an analysis of quality of both sets of data. I just
selected all the roads that exist in Wegenregister and don't in OSM, or
have large parts with a big deviation in geometry. It is also not a call
for an import, just a presentation of a tool.

You might be surprised to learn that 1 in 5 Wegenregister segments do not
match with OSM.

Anyway, I invite you to have a look at the result of the analysis [1], and
read about how exactly it was done [2], and how you can use it (hint:
download or use TMS in your favorite editor).

There's some ideas about possible projects we could do based on the
Wegenregister data. Looking forward to hearing your ideas and opinions.
