[OSM-talk-be] wegenregister, analysed

My first impression: it's a pity that the important (publicly
accessible) path/roads are not separated from the less important ones
(drive ways, private paths in large gardens, dead-ended tracks which
are only used by 1 farmer, etc.)
The latter seem to be in the majority in my neighborhood, but I would
rather find/verify/fix the others first
Does the wegenregister data have some additional tags or meta
information that could be used to determine the public roads ?
