Thanks for the feedback! If that were easy, I think I would probably have
done that :)

Wegenregister has few tags, and not exactly what you're looking for. There
is an "operator" (local government, private, unknown,...) tag, but it is A)
not correct (except maybe in Ghent) and B) not enough, as being private
property is not the same as having private access.

Second approach could be to filter by "morfology"? But driveways are also
just "roads made out of one lane". But some ideas do come to mind:

- extract "named roads", as they are bound to be more important - and once
in a while we do actually miss new roads!

- separate paths and 'aardeweg' (~tracks) in a different layer

- extract non-dead-end roads (straightforward in a strict sense, but of
course a track dead ending in a T-section would not be a dead-end)
