[OSM-talk-be] SotM volunteering

Hi,

Our volunteers are starting to assign themselves to tasks as we speak. But
we don't want them to work too hard. So we want more volunteers. It will
look good on your resumé, and it will make you officially OSM. You don't
have to volunteer all three days, and a couple of shifts is enough.

We want to give the hard core Belgian OSM people present here first choice
of tasks, but we will be opening up volunteering to a wider audience very
soon. So be quick about it :)
