[OSM-talk-be] a real frietkot

Hi,

A friend just gave me a list of the last real frietkot of Gent. But how to
tag such a thing?
I know the amenity=fast_food + cuisine=friture combination, which clearly
indicates a frituur/friture. But a frietkot is in an independent little
building, a kind of shack.

Looking at the building wiki, and I would say building=kiosk is the most
obvious candidate. I saw one building=chalet too, which makes sense from an
architectural pov, but seems to be associated with living, not a commercial
function.
