Or maybe ... a shed. Whatever you use for a building, even an unused
tag will in essence be the same as building=yes and rendered as such on
the map.
Building=commercial would also be applicable, albeit counter-intuitive
and probably not the best choice to convey information.

building tags describe the building, the amenity+cuisine gives it the
commercial (aka food selling) function. That way , you can map a dancing
in a church for example. It's the combination that defines this. (

imho, shed is probably the best idea, kiosk is not really widely used
but it's acceptable ( data consumers usually support sheds, like on the
map it will be rendered -slightly- differently than a house.
