[OSM-talk-be] Dog parks (was Import of 2000 DAE in Belgium (Defibrillators / Défibrillateurs))

Thanks Joost for providing this umap. Now I had a goal for a walk this
evening. I managed to confirm 2 dog parks and in the meantime I
surveyed a park that is only mapped half !

I took over 300 pictures in 95 minutes :-) See [1] -- still uploading
at this moment
