Joost, do you include relations for the dogparks ? I just added 2 dogs
parks in this [1] area and the are not show in red.
I typically draw a closed line for the fence and then make a
multipolygon for the area. I recently started using this technique
while I'm working on landuse. I think I saw this method described for
the first time (for me) by Dieterdreist.
