[OSM-talk-be] Digital Globe Images

I can confirm, I checked in some places in Benin and Senegal where I've
been recently. And yes, it is a tremendous improvement! From no imagery to
imagery and from flue imagery to good imagery. Local OSM communities are
very happy with it :-)
