If it does, we could use Urbis data to source coordinates for the whereabouts of the street. I'm not using any nodes of the street itself. I do try to link back to openstreetmap (one of the ways or associatedStreet relation) in the reference url field.

algorithm and create new data.
AFAIK, the project that Seppe, Joost and Jonathan have will not add
such data, but if you want to do it, you might contact the LWG to be
sure it's OK. I doubt it is.
