There are 2 panels:
* the privacy law and
* the picture rights, which are part of our copyright law (NL: recht op afbeelding,
  FR: droit à l'image).

Privacy law will indeed not give a problem for our purposes.

But if a person is prominent in the picture, picture rights may prevent you from taking it.
