[OSM-talk-be] Automated edit announcement: updating GRB tag source:geometry:date

Hi all,

I'm planning to run an automated edit over Flanders to update the 'source:geometry:date` tag. The tool we're using to add buildings based on GRB was using  'source:geometry:date=2021/12/20` and is now using 'source:geometry:date=2021-12-20`. So this comes down to replacing "/" with "-" in the value of this key. This is a minor issue, but it would let us filter out buildings more easily.
