[OSM-talk-be] Open Summer of Code Demo Day

Hi,

As usual, a whole bunch of Belgian jobstudents are working on cool open
source applications this July. Two of the projects are OpenStreetMap
centered: one by Natuurpunt looks into integrating OpenStreetMap as their
interface to help you find interesting nature nearby. The other by the
province of Oost-Vlaanderen aims to collect and show detailed cycle path
information.

Since both projects are both about showing and improving OSM data, both are
being built as themes of MapComplete.
