[OSM-talk-be] cycle highway mapping

Hi,
There was quite a bit of debate about mapping cycle highways in
OpenStreetMap in the last year or so. With a small group from OpenStreetMap
Belgium we discussed the options, together with representatives from the
Flemish provinces (who manage the highways). By the end of the month, work
will start to check all the cycle highways in OSM against the data the
provinces have and against our data model as documented here:
