Hello,
SC is quite smart and will turn off some quests based on your location. And the developers frequently fix the problems caused by new quests (e.g. They added a quest about barriers across railway tracks and it showed up on every crossing across tram tracks, which was not relevant.)
There are some issues with the maxspeed quest, because Flanders and Brussels have set their own default speeds, but this quest is turned off by default.
The "Does this street have a sidewalk?" one is quite annoying and mostly useless if you map in a large city.
Most problems with StreetComplete are in fact caused by some users carelessly entering wrong data, but that would happen with every editor.
Cheers.
