Hi Killian,

Thanks for the update!

Since this is just a small case, I don't see the need for public posting of
proof. I'd just mention it in the changeset comment that you have explicit
permission.

They can send updates to community at osm.be (see
https://openstreetmap.be/nl/contact.html).
A few of the OSMbe core members try to answer questions there. We do get
questions and updates from municipal governments every once in a while.
