[OSM-talk-be] Letter city with speed changes

They approved via mail. And asked if there is a place where they could send other changes / updates.
They also recommended we change it at the second week of June.

Do I provide a copy of the mail here as legal proof ?

What is the best way to contact OSM ? Mailing list ? But then they need to register IIRC.
