[OSM-talk-be] How to tag schools? An attempt to create a (belgian) tagging scheme

Hi all,

In the meantime, I did make an update to the tagging of how we can map 
schools but also tertiary education institutions.

Furthermore, I also retagged all private playgrounds within school 
boundaries to 'schoolyard', as this is more appropriate.
I'd love if you had a look in your area and would check that 
*leisure=playground* within a school area is effectively a (public) 
playground and not schoolyard (speelplaats in Flemish).
With this overpass-query
