The ORN dataset is a component of the Geobase Data that we've recently 
been given approval to incorporate into OSM. It sounds like the latest 
ORN with the address ranges, etc, is/will be soon in Geobase (see 
http://geobase.ca/geobase/en/news/2008/nrn-on.html), so we'll be able to 
bring it into OSM once we work out exactly how the import process is 
going to work.
