[Talk-ca] Canvec import in Montréal with ? names

FYI
I hid my folder from the public view of
http://www.mediafire.com/osmcanadadata
and changed it to
http://www.mediafire.com/acrosscanadatrails
So all the files that were available, still are, but it's set to 'private'
so then any links that are around for it, should become not available.
I'll be storing the transparent garmin contour files in this new folder, so
people can download it, and use it along with OSM maps (and also any other
map available ie. metroguide Canada would work also with it).
Also, all of those links to the inthosedays.com site, should also now be
broken, please let me know if you find any active links.
Also, i'll remove links on acrosscanadatrails.com to the canvec-to-osm
script versions, that way less chances of people going about and converting
the data on their own.
....
I'll wait until next year december to jump back in and help out any
further. :)
All the other data sources (ie. Land Information Ontario) will just sit on
the fence until someone wants to deal with it :-)
