I think you're jumping the gun just a little. Even if all the GeoBase
data is imported... Even if all the street names are imported... Even
if all the address block face numbering is imported... Even if all the
CanVec data is imported... Even if all the stitching between the
different models gets done...

There are always new roads being built, there are hundreds of
thousands of items that OSM maps that aren't in any of the other
databases, and there's a lot of improvement that can be done to the
data that gets imported from other sources.

I think it's just a little premature to be thinking that the Canadian
portion of the OSM project will be done any time soon.
