Thanks for catching it :)
It'll take a couple days to fix.
The solution is to create a separate rules.txt file for each of the 10
feature types available.
(so 10 more rules.txt files)

This should solve the problem of no extra tags showing up, and should also
cut down on the large number of .osm files that are made with the same name.

I'll also change the tag
created_by=geobaseNHN2osm
to
created_by=geobaseNHN-to-osm
because this shows the difference that it was the JAVA version of the
script, and not the python or perl version of the script.

What i'll do is mark or 'hide' the source .osm files on media fire as
'private' so then others dont try to load these files.
