[Talk-ca] How to check why an area is not being rendered

Ya coastlines are funny, they only go counter clockwise, and dont have an end.
.. And dont like to render (check osmarender layer, it might show up
there) The planet gets rendered weekly (i think)

But i'll process Owen Sound area next. Just for kicks.

Maybe someone else can answer it better?
