I wonder if you could divide your messages a little bit. This one
seems to have a couple of different things going on at once, and a
wider than necessary distribution list.
What I see in your message are:
- announcement of an Open Data conference in Vancouver.
- continuation of a conversation I had with you on #osm re Vancouver license.
- presumption that I speak for anybody else.
- presumption that I have foreclosed Sam from a conversation with "Jonathan".
So for the talk-ca list, the relevant portion of Sam's email seems to
be this: There is an OpenData event in Vancouver! It was announced
on the OpenData Vancouver mailing list. More details at the links
below.
As to the rest. I'll follow-up off list.
