[Talk-ca] How to mark up intersections with right turn exits

This intersection is very common in Winnipeg. You
have two double lane roadways separated by a median.
To turn right onto the intersecting roadway, you go
right into the exit area, where there's a yield sign
that controls access to the intersecting roadway.
There is no explicit "no right turn" sign in the
intersection proper, but I would presume that this
is somewhat implied in this kind of situation.
Would there be any need to add turn restrictions to
enforce proper routing through the exits?
