I don't see why you should remove this data just because we don't have an 
approved way to tag it. If anything the tagging should 
be changed.  'boundary=aboriginal_lands' still seems to be a proposed 
rather than accepted tagging. I suspect his complaint with admin_level not 
being an integer, which I see as a fair tagging complaint but I would be 
inclined to try get some sort of tagging consensus (at least for the 
americas+austrilia) before changing the tag to another unapproved values.


Also, I'm not a big fan of 'cc:'ing someones private message through the OSM 
mail system to a public mailing list.
