[Talk-ca] Seeking help with BC errors

Oops,
I guess that needs to be put on the todo list.

So there are some guesses:
1- the cloudemade polygon might not be correct & clean slice at borders
2 - some people have a habbit of connecting roads to residential areas
(which is fine if roads were polygons & micromapping allows that)
3 i know Nanaimo has dupCAPS roads
4 - the .osm file is old and it could have been fixed
5 - something else :)
