[Talk-ca] Seeking help with BC errors

Sam, you didn't really answer the question. In what way is OSM not complete?
As an example, I downloaded the three ways that start at
http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=49.07513&mlon=-116.14094&zoom=17 (the
last of the error messages) and all of them have correct connections at both
ends of the ways. They don't appear to be out of alignment. It would be
easier to fix them by Christmas if we actually knew what was wrong, and how
to fix it.
