[Talk-ca] Canvec.osm Product - Running!

Bonjour OSMers!

Canvec.osm Product conversion is running since 16:10 - Sherbrooke time.  
It is based on the new Canvec release (7.0).  

All files will be reprocessed. From south to north, east to west.

What's new ... 
- The vegetation has been updated for some areas in eastern Canada.
- Quebec road network now includes addressing;
- Manitoba road network now includes street name;

Schema upgrade ...
landform=beach replaced by natural=beach - for rendering
aeroway=runway replaced by aeroway=apron - more realistic
natural=land area converted to point - unhide features and keeps toponyms
Some fixme comments were clarified
