This looks all fine to me I agree there shouldn't be a oneway=yes tag.
Yeah I guess we should have simplified the NHN before importing, but
anyways.. Sam I think the key to OSM is not tagging for the renderer,
because many renderers are available and act differently (I guess the
analogy is not developing websites exclusively for the Internet
Explorer renderer because then the other renderers don't work as well)
