[Talk-ca] Using STM's data in OSM - was: Help needed to double-check a recent changeset [...]

I agree that it would be 
interesting to ask for this data.  More and more cities plus government 
of Quebec are providing data but often with incomptible license for 
OSM.  I already asked on http://donnees.gouv.qc.ca/ for Québec Administrative limits.  But I realize that their license is 
incompatible and I will have to specify the type of license needed.

For all these requests, the best would be to have a general text describing OSM, the collaborative Open Data map and explaining the type of license needed to be able to incorporate the data into our daabase.
Does somebody already made that exercise ?
