[Talk-ca] Beta Web site STM / Open Street Map

STM wanted to use its own address list and bus lines/stops, managed with 
its internal systems AND users needs surveyed.  Not everything perfect, 
but it's a good start.

It's a fact that we have still a lot of work to do on data in Quebec. 
This use of OSM will help us to promote this data and how it can be used 
here.
