Hi Paul,
gns:jog refers to the sheet number of the Joint Operations Graphics
map series.
gns:mgrs refers to the Military Grid Reference System, which is
nothing more than an alternate representation of the coordinate system
IMO both these values can be safely removed.
I don't know about the other ones. Perhaps you can find more
information here: http://earth-info.nga.mil/gns/html/
