[Talk-ca] Compatibilité entre CC-BY-4.0 et ODC-ODbL-1.0

L'annalyse de Guillaume semble avoir du bon sens, mais Pierre a raison de
nous remettre au bon jugement du Comité Légal OSM: la communauté canadienne
ne peut effectivement s'improviser à accepter ou rejeter telle ou telle
licence, qu'elle soit "home-made" (municipale) ou générique: sinon les
portes seraient grandes ouvertes à des disparités importantes d'un pays à
l'autre...

En attendant, gardons le focus sur le fait que nous sommes producteurs de
données ouvertes et pas "consommateurs": il y a tant de choses à relever
sur le terrain par nous-même sans attendre de données ouvertes:
Notre milieu naturel, nos aménagements urbains, tout est accessible
visuellement au public et leurs géolocalisation devrait légitimement tomber
dans le bien commun:
Pourquoi Postes Canada devrait "protéger sous licence" l'inventaire
géolocalisé des boites-aux-lettres? (Info citoyenne)
Pourquoi les arbres ou bornes fontaines ou autres aménagements ne seraient
disponibles que dans les villes privilégiées où l'administration municipale
procède à un inventaire, et ouvre ses données?...
Etc...

Nous avons énormément de travail à faire... et relativement peu de
contributeurs très actifs (*).... ne lâchons pas l'ouvrage!
