Are we allowed to use the Alberta Park's Protected Areas (Shapefile) in
OSM?

Data source is the last entry on this list:

http://www.albertaparks.ca/albertaparksca/library/downloadable-data-sets.aspx

Reason I ask is that a number of the provincial parks have not been
mapped. One example is:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinbrook_Island_Provincial_Park

http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=14/50.4407/-111.9076

I checked the NRCan data and it is not part of the “Atlas of Canada
1,000,000 National Frameworks Data, Protected Areas-Protected Areas” -
so we can't get the park boundary from there.
