Hi Keith

Almost all of the MLI building imports were done by Tygunn, He now lives in
California and is no longer active on OSM. The MLI data is comprehensive,
but often out of date. It was all done before we were focused on properly
documenting imports, so it is a bit haphazard, I'd say go ahead and replace
them if you have better data and its not too much trouble. I hope that
answers your question.
