[Talk-ca] Importing buildings in Canada

I think we are on the right track.

I seem to recall some building mapping was done in mapathons with iD in
Calary as part of Geoweek?  Pierre made some comments about the data
quality.

Hopefully we can move forward and get some buildings in before someone
starts organising iD mapathons once more.
