[Talk-ca] Open addresses from Statistics Canada

I actually looked closer while filtering the data for the Region of
Waterloo,[0] and the metadata document is actually pretty clear that
they did collate this data from public sources where they deemed it
compatible with the OGL Canada:
"Across Canada, local governments create and maintain civic addresses.
The ODA derives its record directly from these authoritative sources,
which made these records available under an open data license compatible
with the Government of Canada Open Data License." [1]
It goes on with language making it pretty clear they consider the data
to be compatible via the respective licenses, not some privileged
position from being StatCan.
Would it be worth reaching out to the legal team to see if this means we
can approve all the licenses they list in Data_Sources.csv? That's a lot
of potential data aside from addresses that could be very useful...
