[Talk-ca] Proposed changes to road classification and related stuff

I'm busy editing the Alberta classification proposal on the wiki, but I
need feedback on what Calgary urban roads are to be classified primary.
Currently, it's mostly ones that are expressway-design roads, usually those
suffixed "Trail" that aren't important for through traffic through the
city, such as Shaganappi, Airport Trail, John Laurie, and McKnight.
Edmonton primaries seem all fine and do not need to be expanded.
