[Talk-ca] openstreetmap.org tile rendering unreliable

A bit more information is needed to come to any conclusions about what's 
going on? Can you go to https://tile.openstreetmap.org/cgi-bin/debug and 
indicate the value for render server, HTTP_X_FORWARDED_SERVER, and 
REMOTE_ADDR that it shows?

In addition, you mentioned using Safari on MacOS. Are you using iCloud 
Private Relay?
